Footsteps2Brilliance  This early learning app (application) provides interactive reading opportunities and games for children 0-9 years of age.  Erlanger-Elsmere residents can go to to download the program by providing their address.  See your child care provider if you are not an EE resident.

FIRST STEPS  Provided by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, First Steps is a statewide early intervention system that provides services to children with developmental disabilities from birth to age 3 and their families.
