How to Apply

All applicants MUST complete the electronic application and attach all required documents in order to apply for a position.  Individuals needing computer access or assistance may visit the board of education office located at 500 Graves Avenue, Erlanger, Kentucky.

APPLICATION PROCESS

·        To begin the application process you will need to register and create a username and password.

·        Once your account(s) have been created, you can return to update your application, add attachments, view your application, apply for advertised position.

·        All questions marked with an (*) asterisk must be completed.

·        Within the application there is an “Attachments” section to be used to submit documents.

Certified Applicant

 

To activate your application, the following documents must be attached to your online Instructional Application:

·        Copy of official transcripts from all universities and colleges attended

·        Resume or other documents

·        Copies of teaching certificate or license 

 

Once you have completed your application, you may log in to apply for any open position(s) for which you qualify.

To apply for a position:

  1. Click Current Job Postings

  2. Click Instructional Job Postings

  3. Click the specific job position, example 3rd grade, Miles Elementary

(this will take you to Detail Postings)

  1. Click the Apply button located at the bottom of the Detail Posting screen to apply for a position

Classified Applicant (Non-teaching/administrative)

 

To activate your application, the following documents must be attached to your online Non-Instructional Application: 

·        Copy of  High School Diploma or GED

·        Copy of official transcripts from all universities and colleges (if required for position)

·        Copies of certificates or licenses (if required for the position)

 

In addition you may attach the following:             

·        Resume or other documents  

 

Once you have completed your application, you may log in to apply for any open position(s) for which you qualify.

To apply for a position:

  1. Click Current Job Postings

  2. Click Non-Instructional Job Postings

  3. Click the specific job position, example Custodian, Howell Elementary

     (this will take you to Detail Postings)

  1. Click the Apply button located at the bottom of the Detail Posting screen to apply for a position

Substitute Teacher

 

To activate your application, the following documents must be attached to your online Substitute Teacher Application:

·        Copy of official transcripts from all universities and colleges attended

·        Copy of teacher certification

 

To apply for a position:

  1. Click Current Job Postings

  2. Click Substitute Teacher Job Postings

  3. Click the specific job position, example substitute teacher
