Welcome to the Early Learning Center Website!  We hope to provide families with early childhood education opportunities from one of our district options: State-Funded Pre-School at both Arnett Elementary and the Early Learning Center; Blended and Full-day options with private childcare partner, Learning Grove at the Early Learning Center; as well as Head Start on Capitol Avenue, in Elsmere, KY and Early Head Start at the Early Learning Center, while also providing links to other important early childhood information.
