Cammack, Kreitzer selected for principal positions in Erlanger-Elsmere Schools

The Erlanger-Elsmere Independent School District has named Mr. Darrell Cammack principal of Bartlett Educational Center and Ms. Jessica Kreitzer principal at Howell Elementary School. 

Mr. Cammack brings 25 years of experience to the role, all of them in Erlanger-Elsmere Schools. For the past nine years, he has served as an assistant principal at Bartlett Educational Center and Tichenor Middle School. Prior to that, Mr. Cammack spent 16 years teaching at Tichenor. 

“Mr. Cammack has been dedicated to serving the needs of our students, families, staff, and community throughout his career,” said Mr. Chad Molley, incoming superintendent. “He understands how to lead with compassion and empathy and keeps the best interest of our students at the heart of his decisions. We could not have made a better selection for this position and I look forward to working with Mr. Cammack in the coming weeks, months, and years.”

A graduate of Lloyd Memorial High School, Mr. Cammack obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Grades Education and a Master of Arts from Northern Kentucky University, and a Master of Education, Instructional Leadership/ Principal's Certification from University of the Cumberlands. He lives in Erlanger with his wife, Stacey, and four children: Ava, Augustus, Abraham, and Josephine.

Ms. Kreitzer comes to the district from Cincinnati Public Schools, where she served most recently as assistant principal at Roll Hill Elementary School. Prior to that, she held positions as a reading specialist and teacher at William Howard Taft Elementary.

“Ms. Kreitzer has demonstrated great success as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and administrator in her previous positions,” Mr. Molley said. “She truly believes in embracing and attending to the individual needs of our students, regardless of the obstacles, so she will be an excellent addition to our team.”

Ms. Kreitzer received Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Kentucky in Elementary Education K-5 and and Special Education PK-12. She achieved a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. Ms. Kreitzer resides in Union, Ky., with her husband, Adam, and two children, Charlotte and Cora.
