From supporting each and every district employee to facilitating needs regarding purchasing, accounts payable, and maintenance, and more, many critical elements of our district's operations fall under the umbrella of these hardworking teams.

Lisa is Finance Director for the Erlanger-Elsmere Schools. In her role, she manages all financial operations including budgeting, compliance, auditing, revenue collection, and all spending.
Lisa has been part of the EES team since January 2018. Prior to joining the district, she gained many years of experience as an auditor and tax professional at accounting firms, served as finance director of various industries including a law firm and the City of Covington, and worked in payroll at another school district.

Jennifer is the district’s Human Resources Manager. If any EES staff member has questions regarding employee benefits, job position, certification, contract, leave of absences, or any/all employee resources, Jennifer can help! She also works with the Athletic Director and Principals to process all extra service position hirings.
She was hired in March 2021. Prior to coming to the district, she spent years working in payroll, human resources, and accounting in two other school districts, along with other industries.

Mandy is Payroll Supervisor for the Erlanger-Elsmere Schools. Her expertise can assist EES staff members with any questions they may have regarding payroll. She also works with the Athletic Director and Principals to process all extra service position payments.
She has been on board since June 2021. Prior to coming to the district, she has years of payroll experience, including work at a law firm.

Tina is the EES Accounts Payable Clerk. If an EES staff member has an expense report to process or has questions regarding an invoice payment, Tina can help!
She was hired into the school district in March 2000 beginning as a sub and then worked in various positions at Lindeman, Miles, and Tichenor until transitioning to this role in 2017.

Rachel is the District Purchasing Agent. In her role, she works with each school’s administration and departments to find the best pricing and sources for needed items. She maintains a list of available vendors and she can help you navigate the process. Prior approval through an electronic requisition process is required before any expenditure of district funds, which starts with administration in each department. Rachel can help facilitate that process.
She also serves as the district’s Student Activity Fund Account Clerk. She works with all EES school administration to keep our district compliant with Red Book Laws and helps coordinate fundraising. If an EES staff member has questions regarding Red Book laws or fundraising, reach out to Rachel.
She was hired in the district April 2022 at Arnett Elementary, then came to this position in August 2023. Prior to joining to the district she built years of experience working in purchasing and accounting in a variety of industry settings.

Substitute Staff, Maintenance, Transportation, and Front Desk
Monica has many roles for the district, in fact, she is the front line for any EES staff member who has a question, helping to find any resource you may need. Every school day, Monica assists administrators across the district to ensure substitute staff is in place. If an EES staff member has questions regarding the district Monica is the front line to help you find the resource you need. She works directly with the maintenance and transportation director while helping keep the district office operating, answering all phone calls to the district office.
She was hired into the district in September 2006 and worked in our schools until July 2009, when she joined the Finance Team. Prior to coming to the district, she gained experience in a variety of office coordination roles.
