The Erlanger-Elsmere Independent School District provides a nurturing environment for students in four elementary schools, one middle school, one high school, one alternative school, and two preschool settings: Arnett, Howell, Lindeman, and Miles Elementary Schools; Tichenor Middle School, Lloyd Memorial High School, Bartlett Educational Center, Arnett Elementary Preschool and the EES Early Learning Center. We serve a culturally diverse population of about 2,400 students who live within a five-square-mile area with a total population of approximately 20,000 people.The purpose of our district is best defined through our mission statement:

We envision the Erlanger-Elsmere Schools will provide essential opportunities for all students to reach their greatest potential. Our district's innovation and diversity enable us to provide high-quality learning opportunities for all our students that employ essential 21st-century learning skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. What’s more, a significant technology upgrade that was implemented over the last year makes every classroom in our district a state-of-the-art learning environment.
