Kenton County Alliance to host training
The Kenton County Alliance to Prevent Substance Abuse is calling on experts in Kentucky politics and policy making to help Northern Kentucky residents learn how to advocate more persuasively with state lawmakers. The Alliance will host an advocacy training on Friday, January 30 at Ensor Annex.

Kindergarten registration March 11 and 12
Kindergarten registration for the 2015-16 school year will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, March 11 and 12 at all four Erlanger-Elsmere elementary schools.

District food service department leads the way with "made from scratch" meals
The Erlanger-Elsmere Schools' food service department was recently mentioned in an article on the Cincinnati.com website. The article discusses the Cook for America program, which encourages school food service programs to serve freshly prepared meals.

How does the wind chill affect school being delayed or closed?
During the winter months several factors come into play that delay the start of school or cause school to be closed.  One such factor is the wind chill.  On particularly cold mornings we continuously monitor the National Weather Service and closely monitor the weather conditions.  There are two possible scenarios that come from the National Weather Service.
