Signing a document.

At Lloyd Memorial High School, Signing Day isn’t just for athletes. It’s an anticipated annual tradition, celebrating the college and career intentions of any member of the graduating class. Signing Day provides an opportunity for students who meet four preparatory requirements to formally declare their college choice and celebrate with family, friends, and fellow classmates.

 Requirements for Senior Signing

  1. Be accepted to at least one university/college, military or trade school/apprenticeship

  2. Take at least one campus tour

  3. Achieve post-secondary readiness by reaching ACT benchmarks, taking dual credit, earning an industry certification, or passing the KYOTE

  4. Complete the FAFSA

This year, we recognized 44 members of the Class of 2026 who completed all five requirements and signed their commitment to college, country, or career!

Signing Day by the numbers…
44 seniors signed their intent to pursue college or career

2 seniors attending trade school
